The Fox and Hounds is located just outside the village of Ramsden Heath and is a fine example of a traditional Tudor style English pub.
The pub functions as both a friendly local and for people passing through the village it offers an excellent choice of ales and wines to accompany a first class selection of traditional pub meals.
 
On entry, there's a spacious lounge bar with comfortable seating, perfect for a relaxing drink and a bite to eat.
The charming little restaurant can seat 30 and is ideal for small private functions such as birthdays, anniversaries etc.
The pub also boasts an excellent garden with an assortment of activity pieces to keep the children amused, and we now have Real Ale on sale in the garden marquee.

The pub has a really good feel about it and new licensees, Sharon & Frank Kirby and their family make you feel at ease and welcome on your arrival.

The restaurant offers a good menu with the emphasis very much on providing homecooked dishes. During the week they offer a 'Daily Special' menu'.
There's a good social scene with live music most weekends.
